The SmartDrawer Insert Dispenser(SID), an industry first, provides a custom solution designed for your insert dispensing needs.

The SID is a custom-designed solution for single tool and insert dispensing. Used in conjunction with SmartDrawer hardware, the SID virtually elminates waste and drives down tooling costs. With the SID you can track, analyze and account for every insert consumed, including by user, job number, work cell, machine, etc.

By tracking tool consumption, assigning automatic reordering rules and enforcing usage limits, companies can reduce or eliminate:

SID Key Features:

• Flexible Design - Industry-leading dispensing design support various shapes and sizes including square, rectangular, polygon, round, triangular, diamond and some irregular shapes
• Batch Reload - Reloading of cassettes accomplished with time-saving batches
• Modular Design - Configuration allows compatibility with Stanley Vidmar 50 and Lista 200 drawers, while allowing one to mix and match other SupplyPro SmartDrawer offerings
• Configurability - Manage from 1 to 64 unique SKUs per drawer
• High Density - Drawers are configured to hold 64 SID cartridges, each containing 20 inserts for a maximum of 1,280 inserts per drawer
